Seeds sprouting!!

Here's some pictures of our vegetable garden. Last year ours was the talk of the neighborhood. I planted later this year but our seeds are starting to come up. We planted zucchini, yellow squash, green beans, and pumpkins. I'm pretty excited about it being summer and being outside more. We enjoy our little community and being good friends with most of the neighbors. Good thing aint it? I'll post pictures again when they grow more and a magnifying glass isn't required to see them.

Random pics from this week.

I had taken Clara outside talking with neighbors outside, and dutifully put her bonnet on. She fell asleep and was so dang cute I had to take a picture of her. One of my neighbors was driving by and stopped her car right in front of us just to get out and hold Clara. Obviously, yes, Clara is that cute.
This was Clara taking a bath. She was so nice and relaxed she fell asleep for about 10 minutes. She's so sweet.

Clara smiling!

Clara smiling again!

Eve's bird feeder she made at preschool.

Eve and Monroe in their "outside bathtub". Keep in mind I had to bring warm water from sink in the house, it was only 69 degrees I think that day.

Daddy looking cute with his grillers.

Seattle Children's Museum

We went to the Seattle Children's Museum today. It was pretty cool. It's geared for ages 0-10 and is all hands on. There was a lot of really cool stuff. Unfortunately, the camera died shortly after we got there. There was a construction room that was one of their favorites. They built a little house, with a flag. My genius kids even knew the pledge of allegiance. I guess they do that at preschool and at scouts. (They take turns going with daddy.) But anyway, when it was close to closing time a staff member came in there to take it all part... I bet it took her good while. I put some of the bolts on good and tight. HA HA Let's see.... There was an art room with painting aisles, clay station, and all different textured kind of stuff. There was a theatre with dress up clothes. Mostly they liked opening and closing the curtains, and then us clapping for them. Really, just too much too list. There's a picture I'll put on of the 3 little bears house, with daddy in the papa bear chair. Eve was sitting in the baby bear one, but she said we should pretend it was broke.

Seattle Center/Walking With Dinosaurs

We had a lot of fun going to Seattle to see Walking With Dinosaurs. It was pretty crazy. The biggest dinosaur was 36 feet tall. They were all made to look as realistic as scientists think they may have been. They are robotically animated. A few of them had people in them, probably not the 36 foot tall one..... When the momma T-Rex came out Clara and Eve jolted... Which is kinda funny because Monroe was the one who kept saying it was too scary. Before we went in the kids played in the fountain... That fountain I think might provide competition for our waterfront park... though it's a bit of a commute. Anyway, we all had a great time.
